All Might goes jo jo on his ass and goes above his 20%. All might gains a 5x amp to all his stats. Chapter 170 states he never goes above 20% or else he creates typhoons with his footsteps. This isnt withstanding self amps, demonstrated by midoriya going above 100%.Thesuperone342 said:

Bloodlusted and they both charge each other for a basic af clash. Difference here is that Supes has experience fighting bigger and stronger foes who outskill him, adapts rapidly in fights going from getting bodied to by just 1 Kryptonian to winning a grapple against both of them while he was just beat into the floor and temorarily KO'd a second before this started. His XP with stronger opponents who can't fly will also prompt him to just BFR to space after a clash like he did against DD.

Uh, you do know that the entire reason neither All For One nor All Might are in their prime is because they fought right? They were both at peak capacity during their first fight, which we never see. Furthermore, All For One has veen alive for a long time collecting powers, so it's not like we can assume he was just fodderizing everyone in his path either.
Also, said amp does not exist. All Might has no way if amping his statistics listed on his profile, he merely holds back in most of his fights.

I already mentioned that he doesn't get the XP from AFO vs OFA because to have it means he isn't Prime All Might. Its the same as Supes not having the XP from DD post nuke as its a separate fight from the Trinity vs evolved DD.
