Alien X is nigh omniscient seeing an attack that's erasing the universe would obviously give him awareness to evade that location.
He can easily move to another dimension same way goku and Co did in Trunks timeline.
I just remembered Zeno can erase a particular target by closing his fist(that freeza lookalike)

His travel speed isnt...
So unless his travel speed is relative or faster than zeno's.
He still would not be able to bridge the SBA distance before Zeno erase.

The Multiversal Range literally scales to only Art Style Alteration which can only be done by a Group of Celestialsapiens.
There is like... no proof Mr.X by himself can do this nor are there any other feats of ben having Access to that Range at all...
Yet your about to scale Ben's Mind Hax to a feat that involved a Group of Celestialsapiens to perform assuming Ben can hit that range by himself when he literally has never been shown doing so HIMSELF
