Alien X..... Acausal?

Arrhg, sorry for bringing more B10 stuff, but I need to know, this will be a quick and simple question:

Remember the casual feat where he effortlessly recreate the universe later after the anihilaarg destroys it (Basically the justification of his ranting)? Would not that mean that Alien X (And maybe by default the Celestialsapiens) is acausal due to being unaffected by the destruction of his timeline?

I'm asking this because: A) I remember some characters that are acausal due to similar feats, B) I have little knowledge about this stuff so I need professional help, and C) I have not see B10 for a lot of time.

If I miss something important then point it out quickly.

We only allow Time Paradox Immunity for characters that are able shown or explained to ignore changes in their past personal timeline, not characters that are simply separate from, and can destroy or create, universes in their entireties.

The feat is Alien X recreating his timeline modifying things such as Ben's clothes and food, the destruction of the universe or him being separated from it isn't relevant.

He created a new almost identical universe, but I do not think that he has proven immune to if somebody, for example, killed him in the past.
