So she's Low 7-B physically and can only tap into baseline 7-B with her photonic blasts? It seems that she might struggle to do much damage here. However, her healing factor is pretty significant and she may be able to absorb Supes' punches and double her own AP via striking strength to close the gap or even overpower him. She can also use absorption to straight-up drain the solar radiation from his body...actually, now that I'm thinking about it, her power set is a pretty solid counter for Superman. Consider this a tentative vote for Carol
