He should be upgraded due to what it already says in the profile, Albion I is comparable to the City Level Demon Hendrickson, and Albion II is comparable to King. However, these are somewhat untrue, i'll explain why.
For Albion I.
Albion I is stated to be "on par with Hendrickson after he became a monstrosity", this likely means his Grey Demon State, the reasoning is Slader has never seen Red Demon Blood enhanced Hendrickson, also Albion has a PL of 5500, which is close to Grey Demon Hendrickson's PL of 5,800.
He is far above these people:
Meliodas - and his demon form.
King
Merli
Dianne
Gowther
As well as all of the Holy Knights, which include Gilthunder, Human Hendrickson, Dreyfus, Zarathras, etc.
He also has basically no feats on his profile, so here's some that you could use:
He destroyed a City Sized dome - While she did say she sacrificed most of its durability, it's still a dome the size of a city.
Meliodas hitting it with a weapo, a slightly blunted one, breaks it.
Albion I is massive, dwarfing Camelot, and is consistently described as being mountain sized.
For Albion II:
Extremely large, much larger than I.
Cuts up a mountain with an air swipe, cuts up a forrest with an air swipe , cuts a tree almost as tall as it in two with an air swipe.
Very casually stomps King and would have beaten him, had he not used his Sacred Treasure's true form.
