Yeah I see your point. If HIM brings Alastor into a dream world he can warp reality to a scale larger than anything Alastor's ever done. Plus, while demons like him can't be killed unless their soul is erased, HIM literally can't die as long as evil exists in the world.

So yeah, I think HIM would win via dream manipulation.
