Akuto Sai probably, even beyonder high regen is 'likely'. But have Akuto Sai shown to be able to kill another 1A before, because you know the type 10 immortality is still there. If yes then i vote Akuto, if not then inconclusive

Considering that Beyonder isn't very clever, I can also say that he has a lot PIS and CIS. Akuto... on one hand I think that he is little bit above baseline but on the other hand I need to read the novels about him to say the previous statement. If it is as you said, then that would make him at the level of Bern, Reinhard, some Lovecraft characters or even the Star Maker in its Ultimate Spirit. Actually... I want to read the light novels when I finish "The Star Maker" (the novel) and all the medical things I'm dealing with. But it intrigues me those words and I want to know more about the statement. It's not because of his power, any decent 1-A is capable of killing Sai but not permanently and is because of that broken Type 8 that makes him reliant on a High 1-A. Hence why any 1-A can't truly kill him.

Law of Identity was 0 and get an "At least" in the High 1-A. If LoI is everything and doesn't allow his death wouldn't that take him to a Immortality Type 5? Defeated, yes. Killed? Kinda unsure but his immortality should be banned if the versus is to "death".

Well, can't deny that. But it's just those feats were show very early in the novel, it was in volume 3 I think? Energy manipulation he break the bones of the deliquents, by manipulating the mana in they're body. I think this is from volume 1.
