Hopefully this should be more interesting than Akame vs Chief
Tiers don't need any explanation.
Speed starts unequal, but will be equalized if it is a blitzstomp.
Arbtier as of Halo 5, but he only gets his energy sword Prophets Bane. For the sake of this battle, we will assume Akame's sword is able to clash against Thel's energy sword and not get sliced in half.
Zero Akame.
Both in character, no prior knowledge.
Victory by death.

Akame is an infamous member of Night Raid, the assassination team of the Revolutionary Army. Her use of the Teigu Murasame, a weapon able to kill any living being with a single cut, has earned her the epithet "Akame of the Demon Sword Murasame" among her foes. Once an orphan trained to carry out the Empire's dirty work, she now seeks to undermine the corrupt kingdom she helped build with her nearly unrivaled skill with a blade. Powers and Stats Tier: 9-A | Low 7-C | Likely 7-B | At least High 7-A, likely higher Name: Akame, Akame of the Demon Sword Murasame Origin: Akame ga Kill! Gender: Female Age: 17 | 18 Classification: Assassin, Swordmaster, Member of Night Raid, Teigu User Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Master Swordswoma, Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant, Stealth Mastery, Regenerationn Negation with Kiriichimonji, Limited Resistance to Poison (She developed resistance to moderate amounts of toxins as part of her training as an elite assassi) | Same as before excluding Regenerationn Negation, One Hit Kill, Aura Suppressio, Resistance to Telepathy (Can "Clear her mind", hiding her thoughts from Zanku, who is able to read one's mind) Attack Potency: Small Building level (Can defeat Danger Beasts that are this large, defeated Mera, who fought on par with Gozuki, shouldn't be much weaker than the Rakshasa Demons, who are capable of this) | Small Town level (Comparable to Leone, who survived the destruction of Bols' Teigu, can harm characters comparable to Leone, and Bols) | Likely City level (Is capable of fighting against Budo, managed to trade blows with a bloodlusted Wave, as well as managing to fight with Esdeath at times) | At least Large Mountain level+, likely higher (Almost comparable to a fully serious Esdeath, and managed to kill her in the end) Speed: Supersonic+ (Was able to effortlessly keep up with Taeko) | Massively Hypersonic (Evaded a surprise lightning bolt without much trouble, can keep up with Wave and a casual Esdeath) | At least Massively Hypersonic (Kept up with a fully serious Esdeath) Lifting Strength: At least SuperHuman (Comparable to other members of Night Raid who can casually lift grown men with one arm) Striking Strength: Small Building Class (Able to fight against Mera) | Small Town Class (Traded strikes with Zanku, should be superior to base Incursio Tatsumi | Likely City Class (Traded strikes with Wave, as well as a casual Esdeath) | At least Large Mountain Class+, likely higher (Clashed with Esdeath multiple times) Durability: Small Building level (Can take hits from the likes of Mera, and Danger Beasts of this size) | Small Town level (Shouldn't be weaker than Leone who can withstand the destruction of Bols' Teigu, took hits from Zanku) | Likely City level (Tanked a blast and punch from an angry Budo with only moderate damage, managed to take direct hits from a bloodlusted Wave, getting up shortly after. Able to survive attacks from a semi-serious Esdeath) | At least Large Mountain level+, likely higher (Took a hit from a serious Esdeath) Stamina: Very high, she can keep fighting after receiving several injuries Range: Standard melee range, extended melee range with swords Standard Equipment: The Shingu Kiriichimonji | The Teigu One Slice Kill: Murasame, Rongo Rongo, The Meihou sword Intelligence: High. Considered worthy enough to be apart of the Elite 7 Assassin squad. Akame is a skilled swordswoman, and Assassin. She is considered one of the best members of Night Raid, her skill with a blade even being recognized by Esdeath herself. Weaknesses: Murasame needs to cut the actual flesh of her opponent in order to apply its effect. This ability only works on organic beings that have a heart, rendering it ineffective against Armor and Biological type Teigu as well as machines, puppets, and dead things. | She tires out faster in Ennoodzuno form Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Key: Akame Ga Kill Zero | BoS Akame Ga Kill | EoS Base Akame ga Kill | Ennoodzuno Mode Note: Kiriichimonji only negates Regenerationn on a Mid-Low scale. Note 2: While Akame was parylized by Budo's electricity, this was more due to the nature of electricity paralyzing the muscles. The fact is she withstood the energy output overall. Gallery |

Thel 'Vadam, also referred to as Arbiter, is the deuteragonist of the Halo Franchise. He started as an antagonist in Halo 2 only to become a Minor protagonist in both Halo 3 and Halo 5's Campaign, helping John-117 to defend Earth and fight the Covenant and the Flood. After the Human-Covenant War, he returned to lead his homeworld through the "Blooding Years" and aided Fireteam Osiris in finding John-117. He is a descendant of the House of Vadam, a powerful Sangheili Warrior family that Governs the Vadam State on the planet Sanghelios. Powers and Stats Tier: 9-A with physical blows. 9-C to 9-B with most weapons. 9-A to 8-C with heavy weapons Name: Thel 'Vadam(ee), Arbiter Origin: Halo Gender: Male Age: 73 (human years) as of the Battle of Sunaion Classification: Sangheili, Covenant Arbiter, Kaidon of Vadam state, Sangheili Zealot (formerly), Supreme Commander of the Fleet of Particular Justice (formerly) Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics and pain tolerance, Master of CQC, Skilled with firearms and Energy Swords, Excellent military tactician Attack Potency: Small Building level with physical strikes (Fought evenly against Jai-006 , a SPARTAN II super soldier who should be comparable to John-117). Street level to Wall level with most weapons. Small Building level to Building level with various heavy weapons and demolition explosives Speed: SuperHuman travel speed (Comparable to SPARTANs like Master Chief. Should be more than capable of running at speeds of 70+ km/hr) with Supersonic combat speeds and reactions (Can contend with SPARTANs in close combat) Lifting Strength: Likely Class 10 (Should be comparable to Master Chief) Striking Strength: Small Building Class (Comparable to Master Chief. Fought evenly against SPARTAN II Jai-006 during his days as a Zealot) Durability: Small Building level with arrmor (Took blows from Jai-006, a SPARTAN II super soldier),Small Building level+ with energy shields, (comparable to SPARTAN-II like Master Chief) Stamina: Superhuman (Comparable to Spartans and superior to any normal, unaugmented humans) Range: Extended melee range, up to several hundred meters with ranged weapons Standard Equipment: Type-25 Directed Energy Plasma Rifle(s), Type-51 Carbine, Type-1 Antipersonnel Plasma grenades, Arbiter armor, The Prophets Bane. Intelligence: High. The most skilled combatant and the greatest leader the House of Vadam has ever seen. One of the most brilliant strategists & tacticians and overall outstanding commanders that the Covenant Empire ever had and arguably one of the greatest among his own species, with only the likes of Rtas 'Vadum and Usze 'Taham coming close. Is highly pragmatic for a Sangheili warrior and will not hesitate to do things that conflict with the Sangheili code of honour if it is absolutely necessary for the situation at hand. Weaknesses: His energy shields will deplete if they take a severe enough beating. This means he'd be highly vulnerable to enemy fire unless he quickly found cover and allowed his energy shields to recharge to their fullest. Shields can't regenerate in the middle of rapid fire attacks. Shields are susceptible to plasma and electricity based weapons. Melee attacks tend to phase through the his shields. |
