How does there causality manip work? That will decide a good chunck of the match. So everything ainz does needs to be related to a sport?

Exactly as it says.
It limits all actions that aren't "sport". So basically stella couldn't attack them, nuke the field etc. It was all getting restricted the moment it reached them. Even sword attacks did not work.

Hmm then couldn't ainz use wish to circumnavigate it by wishing death would fall under a sport? OR wishing one of them dead ect to scare the others into a retreat. According to there profile they'll run if one of them losses/falls.

I thought it would only cancel it out when it tried to reach/effect them and figured the reality warping would be esoteric enough to effect ainz spells.
Also the best kind of sports
Hmm on one hand none of ainz usual methods of attack are going to work here on the other he could use perfect warrior to boost his physicals to make him better at this... Saying that Im wondering how were they beaten in cannon?

Actually another question shouldn't the profile be split up into the individual players? They aren't one interconnected entity, they're a group of people working together....Just seems weird to treat them as one entity, looking over other profiles teams are usually used as a category...
