I'm not familiar with Aniz but death hax shouldn't be an issue for Makima due to her contract;

Damage Transferal & Limited Resurrection (At least High-Mid, possibly Mid-High; As per her contract with the Prime Minister of Japan, any action perceived as an attack against her will be changed into appropriate illnesses and accidents among Japanese citizens[18]; specifically the 1997 Japanese population in-universe which if assumed to be comparable to real life figures would be at least around 126.1 million people. She also shown capable of directly transferring her damage to anyone attached to her chains to regenerate/resurrect almost instantaneously)

Well, her mind manipulation does require that she percieve Ainz as inferior, but even that would be debatable. Given that Ainz is someone and something that Makima is unfamilliar with (being essentially an undead lich), she could not immediately comprehend or understand what Ainz is to the point she could recognize him as inferiror. Even then, Ainz has a naturally imposing look, and also has access to the Despair Aura (which at its weakest can induce fear), meaning he not only looks intimidating, but feels intimidating as well, aka someone who Makima couldn't see as inferior.

In addition, despite Makima having access to ressurection via her contract, its not infalliable.

• First of all, Makima relies on the nation of Japan as her buffer for the ressurection. While it does mean that Makima theoretically has 126.1 million "lives" to work with, Ainz's many Death abilities can quickly burn through all of them. I mean, one of his standard racial abilities is the Despair Aura, which at max rank can induce death just by being NEAR HIM. Being in close proximity to Ainz will burn out Makima pretty much every second she's near him.
• Secondly, Makima's regeneration does require her to have some part of her body remaining, and Ainz has various abilities to make sure he can target and destroy her entire body, such as [Black Hole], or just using attacks which can damage a large area surrounding Makima.
• Last but not least, Ainz can just [True Death] to instantly kill a target, which also prevents them from ressurecting.

On that same topic, Ainz himself stomps Makima simply because of the wide array of abilties and summons he posseses. Timestops, different elemental abilities, gravity manipulation and telekinesis, Black holes, weapon creation, various Death abilities (which might as well be his bread and butter), and Makima is fighting a losing battle. The only saving grace that Makima has is her contract, and even that has conditions which Ainz can exploit or can just be bypassed entirely with one spell. Makima's own repetoire isnt by any means insignificant, but its far less that Ainz's, and requires controlling other devil's to get half of her whole arsenal.

If the attack kills her it will be transferred to random Japanese citizens as an appropriate illness or disease, so his death hax wouldn't necessarily be "burning through her lives" due to every time she dies a common cold or non fatal disease could be transferred among a Japanese citizen, including that it takes Makima several seconds to revive after being killed. Regardless I don't think Makima will have an issue with being near him due to SBA; (Makima has Hundreds of KM range with her Telekinesis so she would start off 4 Km away from Aniz

Secondly, Makima's regeneration does require her to have some part of her body remaining, and Ainz has various abilities to make sure he can target and destroy her entire body, such as [Black Hole], or just using attacks which can damage a large area surrounding Makima.

Ainz has a high natural resistance to Mind Manipulation (which is in-universe considered an outright immunity) , to the point that it blocks Empathic Manipulation, Mind Absorption, Memory Manipulation, and Telepathy

among other useful Devil abilities such as BFR, Sealing and her precognition

Ainz's has a natural resistance to Death Manipulation, and even if he didn't, he would likely be immune to it outright since he's an immortal undead that lacks the conventional life energy to absorb. (Also he has an additional resistance to Energy Draining abilities)

He doesn't have a resistance to being turned into a doll, but his despair aura would counter that since none of them would be able to get close without getting Fear/Death haxed

Ainz has quite a few ways to counter Makima's telekinesis

He has a layered Time Stop which would allow him to set up a spell to kill her, which is activated via thought and is his starting move in close range

He can turn invisible, remove all of his traces and sounds, while also having rings which naturally protects him from Extrasensory Perception, Clairvoyance, and Information Analysis.

He can summon minions of his own that would cause havoc and be a distraction, such as the Soul Eaters which would eat the souls of anyone that goes near them.

And he can cast shields that could block a good chunk of the damage of Bang (while Makima can bypass defenses, Ainz counters resistance negation and can also increase the durability of them) , cast buffs on himself to increase his durability and speed, plus Makima would have her stats reduced in a number of ways such as how Despair Aura levels actually reduces the stats of enemies, Slow can reduce Makima's speed, Negative Energy Touch reduces her strength and speed even more, Energy Drain would lower all of her stats, heal Ainz, and buff his stats (though the last two would be unlikely since at that range he'd just go for an actual killing move), and has a ring that can Resurrect himself at least one time.

So Makima has her mindhax that is resisted cause she doesn't have any layers to speak of(I do really need to get a layer of mindhax with World Items accepted onto the profiles of Overlord)

And... she doesn't have a resistance to Time Stop.

Oh buddy oh boy, I wonder what Ainz is gonna do to Makima, certainly not Timestop into Christmas tree-ing her first thing! Plus, that's likely to include a usage of True Death, which negs Mid-Godly ressurection--(Resurrection spells were able to bring back a couple people I forgot the name of from Demiurge's hellfire wall, which is basically soul damage into soul destruction-- and Mind=Soul in Overlord) AKA, Makima isn't coming back from Ainz's literal first moves in a fight.

This is why ya'll need to cool it with the Ainz Matches, use people from Overlord who don't literally think and just win or lose depending on the opponent's resistances.

I should note that a large number of these require Ainz to let the fight go past the 1 second mark, which he literally just won't.

True Death among other things are part of Ainz's whole "testing resistances" start to a fight, AKA, she's not coming back as anybody.

Black hole literally made the thing it was used on disappear completely. Makima would need High Regen to come back from it-- but again, she's not getting that far to where he'd use it.

Right after he time stops and lines up a hundred or so spells to all activate the instant Time Stop ends.(True Death is one of them)

this is due to the AP difference (Aniz scales to 1.1 Kilotons while Makimas telekinesis upscales from 5 Kilotons) and if Aniz still manages to survive those other two attacks Makima will resort to her Devil army which has abilities enlisted as;

Makima upscales from 8 Kilotons-- while Ainz scales to 1.47. A 5.5x difference or so, and not enough to one-shot Ainz... and it's enough to get him to immediately end the fight if for some miracle of God he hasn't already(since, ya know, his in-character is borderline bloodlusted towards unknowns)

Ainz's body was technically never human to begin with, since he spawned in as a Skeleton Mage which is a starting race. So for practically all of Momonga's existence he never spent any real time with humans with the only long term interactions occurring in the New World. He'd probably smell like everything but a human.

Ainz does not smell like anything

It would seem the Dark Elf was called Aura. Judging by her smell, she was probably a female.
The other one who looked like an Elf did not have a female scent about her.
In fact, she had no scent at all, much like the Elder Lich.
