On the page for probability manipulation, there is another appication of it that isn't mentioned, phasing and intangibility. This could really be a subsection of quantum probability manipulation, as the source of it is the quantum tunnelling effect. Basically as a result of the wave-nature of particles an object is capable of passing through repulsive barriers created by the electronic forces of the atom. This is never happens on large scales since the probability of such an event occuring is miniscule. However, those with high levels of probability manipulation should be able to increase the likelihood of such an event happening
