A + is used to indicate a chsracter is high into a tier. Outerverse is one of our broadest tiers. You have characters that are baseline, and characters that are infinity^infinity greater than baseline. Still some are even higher than that (looking at you Ultimate Gods). Bevayse of this broadness, we have baselines like Gan and Oblivion bekng pitted against top tier 1-As.
I propose that any 1-A character above baseline by infinity^infinity, or exists in a state that makes them second to a High 1-A should get a + added to signify that they are far and beyond baseline.
