adding Bahamut as a summon

during the opening of FFXIII-2 we see Lightning sending the Shiva sisters out to confront Caius, we also see her actually summon Bahamut to rescue Noel, imho I think Shiva is debatable but I do believe Bahamut should be added as we see her summon him by destroying her Eidolith
