It says that one of Grandfather's weaknesses is that his mind is vulnerable. Accel can mindhack in base form with all his concentration, so one of his winged forms should be able to hold Grandfather down and mindhax him.

Actually can work, the only way to defeat Grandfather is erase his memories, without his memories he losses his powers... don't known is any kind of mind attack can hurt him. can Accelerator erase memories?

If he is within 1m of Grandfather and has calculation ability far above his base (so his winged forms), then yes. He can manipulate the electric signals in someone's brain without causing them any damage, even if they are even more complex mentally than an average human (as Last Order should be).

While I'm not voting in this matchup since I don't know anything about Grandfather, I'm going to say no to this: Accel can't actually rewrite minds whenever he likes, much less erase memories.

What happened with Last Order was a special situation: Last Order's brain was infected with a virus, corrupting the information in it. Accel had memorized the code of Last Order's normal brain status, so he could compare the two and restore what had been changed by the virus to normal. He can't do mind stuff, he was just looking at the electrical signals on Last Order's brain and making them match up what her normal status should be. So unless he had access to a brain scan of a amnesiac Grandfather he would be unable to erase his memories, as he would have no reference to use. He can fry/explode someone's brain with a touch since he can manipulate bloodflow and bioelectricity, but that's his limit in normal situations.

He's not trying to keep Grandfather alive or anything, he would be trying to kill him. Also, even if he had a normal code for LO, he still understands the brain to a high degree. I'd bet he even knows where memories are speculated to be stored.

If frying his brain is enough to kill Grandfather, yeah, Accel can do that with the same ease as he can make people's hearts explode. But he can't do subtle stuff like erasing memories or rewriting them without a reference, that's beyond him, as when he is accessing Last Order's brain he's just 'feeling' the electrical signals, he can't actually interpret their meaning to freely read/manipulate minds.

The problem here is accel can't touch gather with anything or it will age objects as well accel gonna have to stay away from grandfatger no to be affected the planet level dura is because mass x velocity of the moon base when it was shoot to earth yielded enough energy to bust a planet.
