Can portals not allow Garou's fist to just travel through his shield? He can make a portal that goes right next to Accel's skin, and punch him through it.

Even things that get teleported directly into him get reflected, so I dont see how it wouldnt be any different here.

Brother man, it would be a stomp one way or the other. Garou somehow bypassing the shield and not dying to Accel's dura neg = 4-B dura accel getting hit by a 4-A = oneshot

I actually didn't know that Accel always had the passive vector manip shield thing. I thought Accel could be caught off guard at some points and thus would allow for this to be an actual fight. Idk, I was tired and bored.
