Acausality Type 1 for Desiree

I believe Desiree should have Acausality Type 1. In episode 1 of season 2 "Memory Blank". Sam wishes that she never meet Danny. Desiree grants the wish and this results in history changing and Danny never going into the ghost portal and getting his ghost powers. This also made it so no ghost ever showed up from said portal, Danny also never seen a ghost before because he completely freaked out when he saw Desiree.

Desiree's first appearance was in season one when Danny and Tucker went to the amusement park and someone knocked over her lamp and she was set free. However this never happened, Danny didn't encounter her before, Tucker was never turned into his ghost half otherwise he would have been evil and causing mayhem thanks to Danny not having his ghost powers. Plus the world would have been more chaotic if she was released around the same time because no one could stop her.

Given she still had all of her memories (She knew who Danny was) and was still free from her lamp. Would she have Acausality Type 1?.

It makes sense that she would have type 1 acausality considering she was unaffected by Sam's wish despite it in theory should have effected her too.
