this is not true at all. you cant just affect a being that works on different laws of cause and effect with abilities that depend on the current system of causality in our universe(A causes B) in order to function correctly. say if you had fate manip and you try to make something cause something that wouldnt work if the entity youre trying to affect doesnt even abide by those rules
Don't talk already talked about this above. Operating under slightly different rules doesn't mean anything on its own unless we know exactly how many rules they are immune too. You can have a slightly different system where one rule is different but it wouldn't grant them any immunity to haxes which don't function based on that particular rule.

Also it would also mean that their haxes wouldn't work on people falling under normal causality as well.
