why is beyond/outside/differnt time flow proof for type 4 acausality. Most authors don`t get into the relationship between time and causality. Why do we give acausality for these statements

when, i don't remember just because outside flow of time give acausal type 4

DBH is not simply flow of time, they are acausal 4 for two reasons
1. Demon born and exist in Demon Realm which operated under different system than the conventional system of the mortal realm which is stated that mortal realm bound by rule of physics, demon realm is not.
2. The realm and the inhabitants was sealed outside the flow of time, their existence and record was erased across history (which imprinted in the time scroll), but they still exist. Chronoa also sealed herself within the Time Labyrinth along with Mechikabura which also erased both her and Mechi record and existence across history, she still fine, same with Mechi, and later Fu also got sealed by the same ability, still fine
So outside flow of time is just a supporting evidences, not the main one. But i think with enough context, outside of time did give Acausal 4, however it alone is not enough.
I don't know about other series though
