The most important feature of the ability is that you are hard to kill since you need to destroy their concept to do so, so not qualifing for that is very much a reason to not qualify for the ability.

I also don't see how Type 8 immortality is proven by the given scan, given that it states "It's not possible that a pokémon could make the world disappear", which would mean cynthia belives giratina can destroy the universe, which is questionable after our current rankings.

Also shouldn't all non-corporeal and nigh-omnipresent characters apply for Low-Godly regen given their essence isn't in one specific location?

No, because if you embody something you are not proven to regenerate from it... check my long response above.

And it is a lot easier to kill than conceptual inheritance, since it doesn't require conceptual manipulation to do so.

And above all other as long as the definition is like it corrently is demonstrating (or being stated to be able to) regenerating from a concept is a necessary requirement for the ability.

In other words as long as it isn't fulfilled, even if everything else matches you do not qualify for the ability.

Of course the current definition could be changed, but any definition you choose will need necessary requirements like those. A definition like "fulfills the majority of those 5 properties" would be useless, as you would have to explain which are fulfilled every time you list the ability somehwere, in which case just listing the fulfilled abilities directly would be faster and shorter.

I am starting to think more and more, that having a page for an ability that is essentially just an easily to misinterpret set of 2 or at most 5 abilities is not worth the effort and that just listing those abilities seperate for beings that qualify for them would be more detailed, easier to understand and take less effort... (especially if you consider that Regenerationn and immortality are probably listed either way...)

Well, I would personally prefer to keep the page, as it is a rather common concept. However, you can modify it if you wish. Just make sure that the language is structured and easy to understand.

But majority of the characters that currently listed on Abstract Existence's profile don't have Low-Godly regen. I don't believe Low-Godly regen should be an requirement, only Non-Corporeally.

How doesn't non-corporeally and nigh-omnipresent apply low-godly regen when only a abstracts or conceptual entities can show a combination of those two abilities?

Well, I think the current version of the page is fine as it is.

If we want to keep it, holding on what the definition requires in terms of proof should work.

It might just be more discussion here and there, because people have intutively different interpretations of what should be the minimum requirements for the ability, which don't match what is described on the page. But I suppose that is fine.

Okay. So, should we close this thread then?

@Dont: I don't believe Low-Godly regen shouldn't be a requirement given how specific that type of regen is. Non-Corporeally is essentially a given for Abstracts, which is why it and Cosmic Awareness/Nigh-Omnipresence should be the only requirements.

Not to mention, I was heavily inspired by these two pages on the powerlisting wiki, neither mentions regen as a requirement.

As I mentioned earlier in this thread, the only reason I included Low-Godly regen was because I believed Non-Corporeally and Nigh-Omnipresence automatically gave characters low-godly regen because their consciousness isn't in one location. Therefore unless the character is completely destroyed, they will continue to regenerate.

We do not use the Powerlisting wiki as word of law. Also, I agree with DontTalk, and am getting tired of this topic.
