Straightforward question: Can someone who resists Extreme Colds resist Absolute Zero?

It may reduce the effects of AZ, but still fairly vulnerable regardless, depends of what "extreme colds" means, but any earthly low temperature compares to AZ.

As said above it depends on what Extreme Cold actually is since I can't find a profile on it. Absolute Zero isn't powerful due to it's temperature though, it's due to the fact that it stops the movement of atoms.

I see... Would the fact that outer space is a vacuum affect the ability to resist AZ despite it being extremely cold?

All freezing works in the same way, it stop the motions of atoms, but at AZ they are completely stopped. Outer space temperature is 2.7 Kelvin, but determinating the effects of AZ in a being that can stand those low temperature is not difficult to determinate; simply stand in a AZ environment, in theory it should survive, but directly inducing AZ don't think it will survive.
