Absolutely. Absolute zero reduces all energy to zero. Even the bonds holding the body together on a molecular level would fail, causing the body to be reduced to dust under its own gravity.
 
I assumed he meant zombie or whatnot since he mentions "dead body". If ghost than no, like PaChi said. They don't have a body to taken energy from.
 
if the person can harm intangible being AZ works.

if not then it doesn't.

if the ghost is made of matter then it works regardless of wether or not the character can harm intangibles.
 
Oh okay, since I was wondering would it work since the persons Atoms would essentially not be moving in the 1st place due to being dead

The atoms of a dead body do move, tho. Otherwise there wouldnt be a dead body to begin with.
