Above baseline infinite speed, but not immeasurable???

Is it possible for a character to be above baseline infinite speed? Similar to how a character can be above baseline 2-A but not High 2-A due to how unquantifiable the gaps in dimensions are.

Yeah, there's no such a thing as baseline infinite (although, one go with the aleph numbers, but that is situational and even tho it do not apply to this case). And as for the next revision about dimensions, one can be immeasurable without being infinite.

I thought two characters that were both infinite speed not being the same speed was an anti feat for them having infinite speed.

Mathecally that is not possible, if that happens it would mean that one of them isn't infinite, or neither is infinite (if the difference is finite, then is the last option). Although, if they bring up the aleph number then it could be justified somehow.

That's more a physic law, not mathematical. And if that were the case, then you wouldn't even treat infinite speed as infinite, and just as another elevated number (we called it tend-to-infinite).

Hypothetically speaking, what if Character A has an ability to "always be better in all stats than her opponent." The skill is passive, and is active whenever hostile intent is shown towards her. Character B caused this skill to be active. Yet, Character B has consistent, and an innumerable number of feats showing he has infinite speed rating. The two then start running around the universe in 0 time fighting each other, but Character A is phsyically superior to Character B due to her ability. She is blitzing him faster than he could react. For the sake of the hypothetical question, Character B has infinite speed reactions. Character B also is complaining that he should be the fastest because he knows himself he has infinite speed. Yet, he is perplexed that she is faster than him. This is without any hax other than that passive ability to "always have better stats than your opponent."

Would Character A be capable of being above baseline infinite speed? Also, for the sake of the hypothetical. They did not run through history, or time, and neither did their movements allow them to go forwards or backwards through time.

No, because that only happens in the situation where she's fighting an opponent fast enough for her ability to make her that fast.

Would it still quantify as a feat of being above baseline infinite speed if we modified the hypothetical situtation where she didn't need the ability and was simply just that fast..?

If you have feats of blitzing an infinite speed character, you should be faster than a baseline infinite speed character, following the same principle as stomping a 2-A putting you above baseline 2-A.
