How would someone with immeasurable^2 speed view someone with ordinary immeasurable speed? Would it be like in a instance where someone with immeasurable speed views someone with infinite speed or lesser speed as finite/frozen?

It basically be the same type of gap of an Immeasurable speed character Vs a Finite speed character. Each and every Temporal Dimension is quantitatively superior to the last.
