Doesn't type 4 usually mean the entity that is protecting him is alive? But the super shenran is dead so we now it's not tied too him should that be mentioned on his profile?

I know but the description implys the higher entity is constantly protect them but the super Dragon isn't it made him immortal and left.

Which it did with the wish. Doing so will imply his no longer immortal.
 
Well, a character more powerful than Super Shenron must likely undo or overpower the wish in order to kill Zamasu.
