"incapacitating the opponent by putting him in a state in which he can not harm the other fighter(s) for over a day"

1.Does it mean attacking someone for a day and doesn't give them a chance to counter attack is counted as incap ?

2.Does it mean when character face a opponent with fast regeneration and as soon as the opponent has regenerated the character launch an attack so that the opponent doesn't has a chance to fight back and the character does it fo a day is counted as incap ?

We generally treat it as if it were required that the winning character doesn’t need to take any action to keep the opponentnincapacitated.
So if the winning character had some ability that just made the losing character automatically fall unconscious/die every time they got up, before they could act, it would count. If the winning character had to throw a punch, cast a spell, think about activating a power, etc. then it wouldn’t count as incapacitation.

I think so,but some ppl take it as as long as the opponent can't harm the other fighter it counted as incap, that's why I need to clarify whether the conditions mentioned above are counted as incap or not.

Following this.

I think this victory condition is extremely unreasonable given that it's not in character for most people to "incapacitate for over a day"

I think there should be a clear explanation for "incapacitating the opponent" so that we can know which conditions that can counted as incap. Or they can just change this victory condition because it is unreasonable for some case.
