Is it true that Character A who is 2-C aka 3 universes is 1 infinite above Character B who is also 2-C aka 2 universes or is Character A 1.5 times stronger than Character B?

Infinitely stronger than a Low 2-C/2-C/2-B is 2-A. For example Asriel Dreemurr is 2-A because he is infinitely stronger than the 2-B Chara

To be precise, we currently treat the gap between Low 2-C and 2-C as "unquantifiable", due to the 5-D gap between two universes.

...Which makes no sense to me, because this gap is either High 2-A or hax only (Which then wouldn't matter when solely determining AP), but w/e.
