About the cosmic entities

How can the Beyonders possibly be able to kill all the cosmic forces of the Multiverse (which are 16-Dimensional) if they are only 4-Dimensional ?

Power-scaling Rules for Marvel and DC Comics

While the Living Tribunal's best showings put him as a 16-dimensional being who is second only to The One Above All, within the context of the story in which he was killed by the Beyonders, both he and they were only displayed as "basic" multiversal entities, with the Beyonders even being killed by a multiversal bomb made of Molecule Men. While the story itself is kind of a mess in terms of power, Tribunal was clearly not at his fullest during the story arc, and thus we cannot scale them.

Azathoth is correct. The Beyonders strictly gradually destroyed regular universes, not higher-dimensional reality, and were themselves killed by an explosion sufficient to destroy a few thousand universes.
