Which Kratos? All of them have 4D hax resistances with matters relating to the Soul, Mind, Memory, Probability, Fate, Time, Causality, Life, Death, Deconstruction via Light of Alfheim shenanigans, from which the Energy of Tartarus AKA Hades' abilities, upscale massively, which Kratos also resists.

As for the hax that Kratos has that are 4D, they pertain mostly to his GoW self (via upscaling from his Norse self), also with matters relating to the Soul, Mind, Memory, Probability, Fate, Time, Space-Time, Transmutation, Deconstruction, and Hades abilities which he wields with the Claws of Hades (Which includes Soul BS, Corruption, Absorption, Power Null, Curse stuff). Some of the Hades stuff Demigod Kratos also has via the Souls of Hades magic, full package comes from Hades' Soul and Claws of Hades combo.

Zeus of course, upscales massively, and resists everything Kratos and Hades can throw at him like a champ.

Basically what KLOL said, it's predominantly his soul hax stuff as it upscales from him withstanding the light of alfheim which expands upon the entirety of the 9 realms and where all souls go to, the realms all being accepted as separate 4-D realms and the light being able to have an influence across all of these realms down to every single living being. The Light of Alfheim is a Primordial Force that not only predates the Nine Realms but is also stated to transcend them and be potent enough to keep these planes of existence/space-time continuums separate through its own raw might. It's been gathering all non-human/god souls (composed of Form, Mind, Direction and Luck) towards itself since the beginning of everything so as to dissolve them inside itself and be one with them, driving living victims mad before the former happens.

Kratos was capable of entering the very eye of The Light without any harm towards himself or his soul occurring (though he was temporally displaced somewhat). Thus, all the abilities that would be entailed from surviving this, he would resist to a 4-dimensional level, the same as The Light itself. Since as the God of War, he held Hades' powers and soul, his own powers from the latter would scale to that degree, given Hades could not only somewhat affect his soul with his Claws but also wielded the very energy of Tartarus itself, another space-time continuum, to use his hax.

He also has resistance to causality manipulation, probability manipulation, fate manipulation and everything that'd be entailed from negating the powers of the Sisters of Fate with his will and reactive evolution. Seeing as the Fates have enough potency to influence all events across multiple space-times, including even the merger of them, their destruction and so on, all via their Fate Manipulation as well as the powers derived from that.

Does Kratos have 5D anything? Hax resistance etc.

A friend on discord keeps spamming me that Kratos has 5D hax. I need an answer to use as a proof

If you don't see a tier 1 rating on Kratos' page, that means there's no 5-D hax or anything, simple as that.

Since Yggdrasil is 5D they are saying all his hax is 5D
