About how Infinite AP difference effects Hax and Resistances

I have a simple question, does a Infinite difference in AP, but not Higher Dimensional, affect if a Resistance can resist a Hax?

As in can a 10-B who has Death Manipulation Resistance, but only feats of resisting Death Manipulation from a 10-B, resist Death Manipulation from a 3-A? The same for a Low 2-C resisting a 2-A's Death Manipulation when they have only feats of resisting the Death Manipulation of other Low 2-Cs?

Depend.

For exemple, a 2-A can resist to a Time Manipulation of a 2-B if the scale of his resistance is higher, commonly, 2-A people have feat of resisting hax at the scale of their multiverse, in this case you resist, if not no.

It's the case for any tier who doesn't involve Higher D

Yes? Why would he not resist, death-hax has nothing to do with AP.

Is the death-hax 2-A via affecting infinite universes or just baseline hax from a 2-A? If the former no but if the latter, yes he resists just fine.

Depends on the feats of the Death Manip the 10-B resisted and the feats of the DM of the 3-A.

^ I think it's subjective. Depends on the scale of the Death Manip and the Death Manip Resistance respectively. Resistance Ôëá immunity.
