How useful are they out of the Pokemon verse. Can they still negate elemental/ spiritual attacks from other verses?

Okay because I was wondering if that would be considered NLF. also what type of attack would fairy counts as? Light(Elemental) or magical?

It's only NLF if you believe he can negate all attacks regardless of ability or attack potency. It negating attacks is an actual description of its abilities. Fairy Type attacks are mostly elemental whether they be light or wind.
