Full story: In FU and Venefica Verse (AU) crossover, stage 3 Frogman gets barely defeated by Marx Gemini, getting his technology stolen and absorbed. Marx then goes to settle things with Cobalt hiding in his nearby base Deep Lab. After that, with his advanced technology, Marx created 2 upgraded Abliter bodies in under a minute, importing the original Abliter mind (from Marx's body, as he consumed Abliter Plus-droid to survive the explosion) into each of them, creating twins basically. Yet in Deep Lab aren't all parts necessary to create 2x Abliter Plus-Droids out of them, so Marx takes one upgraded Abliter as an assistant, and using stage 3 portals, he exits to his other places to find those parts, leaving the other Abliter to guard the (now opened) Deep Lab against possible thieves.

Not long after Marx leaves, the guarding Abliter hears intense, massive-scale portal noises. Abliter rushes on 'the ruins of S-city surface' to see what is happening, and his red eye can't believe what it sees. From gigantic orange portals, 3x enormous FU spaceships covered in shadow arrive above the ruins of S-City. The ships are so enormous, that an eclipse happens on most of the planet, the very moment they appear. The Sun got completely sealed for the ruins of S-city and darkness claims the area.

Even if Abliter can't see anything besides black silluletes, he attempts to scan these colossal ships. Even his Suppression Mode scanner has trouble on measuring the danger they bring. But what terrifies Abliter further, is the detection of entities inside these spaceships. Their energy type is similar to stage3, yet they transfer Disaster Level Archangel of danger. On top of that, 3x even higher Frogman than Archangel danger are detected, each located in one ship. It didn't take even a fragment of time for these Frogmen to discover, Abliter and Deep Lab have a similarity with the defeator of stage3. As the main cannon on front ship begins to charge, the very planet and space around it started shaking. Just before 7-B+ green laser would have swept Abliter along with the Deep Lab from the planet's surface (which would obliterate the whole planet if aimed a few degrees below), an unexpected command storns the firing...

A -certain stage2 Frogman- on the [unnamed] FU spaceship recognizes Abliter, as he fought a different AU Abliter in a past tournament, and failed to advance. The stage2 Frogman pleads for a chance to defeat and bring this Abliter to the ship, to show how stronger he became. And his superior clearly allows him. With a blue lightning-like beam, the stage2 Frogman appears precisely 20 meters in front of Abliter. Escape many kilometers away from the starting point is not possible (Abliter would get sniped by the spaceship beam / stage2 Frogman would fail his mission with such a distancing). With that, the Stage2 Frogman and Abliter rematch starts.

Given the situation the stage 2 Frogman is in, it would make sense if he rushed at Abliter with clones like before. Yet stage 2 will do the polar opposite of that. Using his precise telekinesis, he constructs a chair from the demolished ground behind himself, and calmly sits on it, putting both hands on his thighs top...
 
Given that Abliter has knowledge from the battle they had before, he's already well aware of Frogman's abilities and Disaster Level rating, though his first move is confusing to him, and he recognizes that he has higher AP (hence being in Suppression Mode). He activates "Suppression Field" first since he is predicting Frogman to use Red Laser energy moves.

However, anticipating that Frogman wants to bait/trap him to come close, he then attacks with a small burst of 25 energy spheres in five groups of five. They curve towards Frogman, 5 from the front, 5 on both sides, 5 on top, and 5 from behind to gauge his intentions/reaction capability.
 
Seeing that Abliter did precisely at which s2 Frogman's "chair strategy" planned, Frogman executes his plan:

Before the 25 energy spheres reach him, Frogman uses 'New organ creation' to enable his red horn in the middle of his eyes, serving as a red laser amplificator, able to give specific stat amp and enable using red laser attacks on a large scale. Frogman uses the effect on telekinesis, speed, and physical strength. Using boosted telekinesis combined with speed, Frogman starts rotating along with the chair in place greatly. Just as the 25 spheres nearly bite him as giant jaws, Frogman converts the "chair" legs energy into a super-quick opening portal and pushes himself (with the chair remaining) into it with boosted telekinesis. Yet what Abliter sees, using limited Illusion Manipulation, is 25 cubes being closed above the place Abliter was targeting (made by altering the light), while an illusion of Frogman is shown crouching, making it seem that the Frogman moved the spot at which cubes were targeting using the horn, gaining Abliter's attention.

Yet then, a sharp object stabs Abliter in his metal back. Approx. 0.001 second ago: The portal's end was made to appear mid-air inside Abliter's full-body Suppression Field, in his blind spot from the back. While s2 Frogman was gaining rotation speed on the chair, he grabbed his laser crystal (that's why he had hands under his belt... where uniform pockets are). Telekinesis (with which Frogman pushed himself into the portal) literally launches Frogman at Abliter from the portal. Making red laser energy in the chair explode, Frogman gains an additional speed boost. These all factors combined make the Laser Crystal stab into Abliter's back unbelievably fast, along with great force with which the crystal will deepen into Abliter's armor.

To further lower Abliter's chances of getting away before his mind gets twisted and swapped into FU android soldier's one, s2 Frogman generates 2 clones on each side (still barely fitting in the full-body Suppression Field... as the clones can thinner themselves with Body Control), each grabbing Abliter's arm with bloody grip, locking his arms in place and spreading corrosion from the grips. Both clones also use Telekinesis with their second hand, focusing on immobilizing Abliter's head and chest. Furthermore (as the laser crystal penetrates into Abliter's back), the clones will attempt shooting their bloody tongues at Abliter's legs, wrapping them and immobilizing them as well + spreading corrosion.

S2 Frogman with clones also notices a decent close-ranged 'sap' effect of the Suppression Field (which is strong I suppose when they are in the shield itself), yet as s2 with clones transfer negative effect back, Abliter will get 1x energy source coming in him... while 3x energy sources coming out of him. In other words, s2 with clones will be getting their energy back, while Abliter in this terrible situation gets double energy sucked out of him (returning it to the clones). So even this turns into s2 favor.

Given all the luck and well-prepared factors, the laser crystal will deepen into Abliter's body even with the Endurance System activated (but of course slower). As s2 Frogman still suspects Abliter of trying something, instead of twisting all mind at once (taking about 1.8 seconds when the crystal is halfway stuck in a durable body as Abliter's), s2 Frogman will twist mind segments controlling his limbs first, making Abliter's arm and leg attack himself if he managed to escape within 0.6 seconds for example).
 
Abliter could maybe hurt the clones with Suppression Fire Lasers riding their tongues (activating it without moving his immobile cannon makes him have to instantly curve them), but the wall is useless due to him facing the front where no Frogman is, and Tornado Chest could work as well but it may be too late.

I can't see anything for Abliter to do, the crystal is too deep and his best defensive move wouldn't even be in the right direction. He could summon his scanners but feeding his field at this point just makes him a stronger FU soldier when he's taken over in one second

Just wanna make it clear, the victory isn't Frogman's easy win or a stomp, the Frogman was forced to battle on his 110% instead. In a direct confrontation, Abliter has an arsenal made to counter laser attacks (energy-consuming shields and power nullification lasers are just a few of them), which make over 80% of stage 2 techniques. Even with advanced age manip causing energy manifestations to disappear with time, stage 2 would have enormous difficulty bypassing the Abliter's defenses, forcing stage 2 to think outside of the box.

A long enough time passed, and it's time to replace the original results in both profiles!
