i have always had this question but how do we tread characters that have powers, resistances or abilities that work by % for example

"xyz reduces ur resistance to fire by 80%"

"i have 100% resistance vs poison/sickness/elements etc."
 
Percentages as in game mechanics stuff? That's kind of difficult to put into our tiering system; we typically try to avoid game stat numbers on profiles.
 
Without some kind of reference one can't determinate how much power/resistance it did increases; plus, although the one characteristic may have increased x%, is possible that the real augmentation is not linear.
