Using Light Dash (or any dash movce) as the enemy attacks allows Delsin/Fetch to phase through the attack. Not to mention their lack of a solid form allows them to move through walls and escape the Concrete Shackles from DUP Bishops.

Does Ryuko resist Matter Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation or Time Manipulation and hit Intangible opponents?
