Kenpachi starts off in his Base Form post-Unohana training and can access his Shikai and Bankai anytime he wants

Uhhh, I don't think Kenpachi will last even a single hit in base. The gap between Mountain level and Country level's pretty big ya know. Changing it to Shikai starting off and then Bankai whenever he wants would probably a bit more fair.

I figured with both of them being MHS+ he could hang in there long enough to go all out.

He wouldn't really know the extent of her power, and since his style of fighting is all crazy with tanking hits, that would be his downfall if we're using his base.

I think Zaraki takes this with mid-high difficulties.

Their combat skills are comparable imo, with Zaraki having a slight disadvantage by being more reckless. But Zaraki has a ridiculous pain and lethal wound resistance, and with his Shikai, he can slice through space. These two might allow him to kill WW using a strategy similar to the one he used on Tosen, by letting her wound him and take the opportunity to strike her down.
