Oooh, I thought it said Low-Mid… Crap. Well, Freddy probably takes this since Jeffery likely wouldn't be able to throw bombs at Freddy since he's basically blind, and by the time he does see him it's too late to take out a bomb. But Jeffery does have higher AP and Dura, so I’ll wait for what other things.
