See a 11-D by the same way that we see a 4D? If that's it, then maybe 10-D (if those dimensions are infinitely superior to each other)

By wiki logic, yes, but you wouldn't see 11-D stuff as 4-D

You would see 11-D stuff as... 11-D

Not to the same degree, of course, but it is like saying we see a straight line (1D) as a dot (0D) since we are so far above it, as 3D beings

Nah. They (supposedly) see them as fiction, but it is a very different thing than seeing someone of X dimensions as having less.

No, we see 2D as fiction because we are 3D. To us, 2D, 1D, 0D are all fiction, but a 2D being would see 1D and 0D as fiction, and so on. We do not equalize 2D as being 1D, despite both looking like fiction.

A 18D being would see both 11D and 4D as fiction, but the shape would be clearly different.

I mean, again, we see straight lines as different to dots.

How lower dimensions are interpreted/visualized is up to the author. There's a lot of ways to interpret this.
Based on the original question, 10-D would be the most relatable since we're 3-D and view 4-D as 4-D.
Based on the clarified question, I think what they're going for is 18-D.

It is not the right answer though. The layers of infinity don't add, they compound. The difference between 18-D and 11-D is much larger than the difference between 11-D and 4-D.
