A slight change in Image Render Request OP

Upon completing over 30 render requests in the past four days, I have come to the realization that it would be necessary to incorporate a new label titled “Status” in a prescribed format.

Format:

• Character/Verse: (The character and/or verse which your image is for)
• Image: (Link to your image)
• Description: (More details and information about your request)
• Status: (In pending/finished)

The rationale for this proposal is that occasionally, requests are made for off-site image rendering, and subsequently, another member may unknowingly repeat the same request despite it having been fulfilled.

The implementation of the suggested “Status” label in the designated format has the potential to alleviate this issue for those of us who undertake image render requests for the community.

Yap, it helps me a lot figuring out which one is done and which one is still pending

(and to any other image helper staff member, it will be beneficial for not creating a done request.)

I have no problem with this, though we should make sure that people actually change the status from pending to finished when they are done.

It seems all image helpers don't mind it. But how are you going to notify members to include the label in their request?
