It was in the evening that a man walked out of a supermarket building at New York City and entered the alleyway. That man is revealed to be Yoshikage Kira himself, with his new girlfriend hidden in his pocket. Carrying his girlfriend out of his pocket, his 'girlfriend' is actually revealed to be some freshly murdered woman's severed manicured hand. Just after he was cooing with his new girlfriend that he has met in his time on New York City though, he has heard a loud crash. He then heard a voice: "I know you're in there. Come out of that alleyway now, or face true agony."
Alarmed, Kira then turned in every direction around him, but he couldn't find the source of the voice. Impossible, he made sure to clear off any potential traces and evidences of his act, right down to destroying that wench's body and hiding his new girlfriend away. All he wanted was a peaceful and quiet life to himself, but it appears that he must confront this unknown threat. Anxious, he then turned to his new 'girlfriend' and apologised to 'her', and that they must part ways so soon after their meeting. He then blew up the hand, wiping out all traces of his now 'ex-girlfriend'. Sad, but now filled with resolve, he then walked out of the alleyway.
Looking around, Kira still couldn't find any sign of the voice's source. However, all of the alarm bells are ringing within him, warning him that danger is about to arrive… To Dodge! He managed to barely throw himself out of the way as a large object whizzed past him in a blur, one of its… Wheels (?) managing to barely graze his cheek. The large object then crashed into the building into the building that he walked out of. Looking at the wreckage of the building, that large object is revealed to be a M1 Abrams tank. He then pieced it together that the military vehicle has been thrown at him. Impossible. No living creature on Earth should possess that type of raw strength, especially for an object as large and heavy as that to be thrown at a speed that it appears as a blur to the untrained eye. This has to be the doing of the individuals with gifted abilities like him… This must be the work of an enemy stand! Feeling a presence behind him, Kira turned around to see the perpetrator of the thrown vehicle. The perpetrator is a hooded man in a leather jacket and blue jeans. The hooded man is standing there with his arms crossed, along with a major portion of his upper face covered by the shadows from his hoodie, looking relaxed for someone who has just tossed a tank like it was a toy. Though Kira couldn't see it, he had a feeling that the hooded man is smirking at him, with the knowing smirk exuding the feeling that the man knew that Kira is no ordinary man. Impossible! Kira made sure that there were no witnesses around or traces of evidence to be found, so how can this man knew if he wasn't around?!
"Prepare yourself" Kira heard the man said before he uncrossed his arms, getting into some kind of predatory stance, not unlike that of a lion preparing to slaughter its prey. Kira then prepares himself for the enemy he is about to face. Either way, Kira is confident that he would triumph in this encounter with the enemy Stand user, for Lady Fate is on his side! As if on response to his sudden confidence, the hooded man's smirk then morphed into a predatory grin, with his teeth gaining a shark-like appearance as if to signify that the hunt has started.
