It kinda feels like this is almost a stomp for GoL. Four has no way to dodge the blast from GoL and blasting at it won't do anything since the blast is bigger. The only way Four could win this is if he gets close to GoL to transmute him but that's assuming if GoL just stands there like an idiot and doesn't thanos snap Four away.

I mean... they kinda did stand around for a bit after the first initial attack.

Anywho, all in all, it depends on who fires first. Four's Zappies are done in a single arm point to fire instantly, and GoL thinks. Four can potentially incap GoL with his Zappies to hold him in place, before coming up and Bio Manipulating him since he cant truely physically kill GoL due to High Regenerationn. But it all depends on speed.

Well, given that Big Four is literally 4/5 the size of Neptune as I calced it, his range would just be probably higher in his bigger form.

No, but it just makes him much stronger. Given that he doesn't fight much aside from abusing contestants (which I would say is close to a sort of combat), I guess that could be theoretical resort if he fights. The only notable thing he did was move Black Hole in the big form, who weighs 20 suns, or 3.978*10^31 kg.
