A Multiverse Question

We have a character; let's call him Plaster.

If Plaster destroys a multiverse composed of 10 universes, this would be a 2-C feat.
If Plaster destroys one universe with infinite spatial dimensions, this would be a High 1-B feat.

Let's say Plaster destroyed a multiverse with 10 universes, but ONE of these universes had infinite spatial dimensions. What tier would this feat be?
