No because Knuckles is a stonewall and has thunder arrow as a range attack

Then she is kinda screwed, Knuckles can just Power Flash her and use his Uppercut to hit her until she dies, because Marisa doesn't seem to have anything to breach his defenses.

So Knuckles gets my vote, unless this is a stomp.
