I highly doubt that magic man would take Madoka as a serious threat seeing as how in charcter he likes to mess around with his opponents than actually kill them (I.e tiny manticore, Finn, Jake, the Martian people, and even his own brothers) so yeah Madoka could take this

If they are 5-C, this version of Madoka is pretty much a half witch, so, how is his defense against mind manipulation? Also Doppel Kriemhild is passively invisible so there is that too.

Their degree of 5-C is pretty much the same, Madoka is > Walpurgis who is 2,58 x 10^29 J, Magic Man is 2,84 x 10^29 J
