And he "possibly" created Chrono Navigator too. (just possibly, not confirmed)
The point is: I don't think his Intelligence is just "Extremely High", this guy is "Extraordinary Genius" even before he became "Professor Paradox" due to the fact that he created technology that known throughout the universe.
And, Paradox's staff also has electricity, we should add electricity manipulation too.
