As far as I understand, he has access to all forms of kaido, right?

If so, I think kaido will win with its heat-based attacks. He has a small regeneration, which gives him an advantage.

I don't know which one has the higher ap as they are both L5B so this may change the result

Kaidou has higher AP and Durability with Shuron Hakke, outside of that Battle Beast has higher AP and Durability. However, whenever Kaidou acknowledges the strength of his opponent, his first move would be to pop Shuron Hakke, so it's not like he's reserved in using it.

Technically though Battle Beast is at or above Thragg in AP, and when the Low 5-B feat happened, Invincible only could give him a slight nosebleed. And after the timeskip and Omni-Man got stronger, Thragg was still stronger than him and could smash his hand against his head.

So it's not out of the realm for Battle Beast to be equal to or stronger than Kaido
