A Lawyer fights a Conman. Phoenix Wright Vs Reigen Arataka

The only way that Phoenix can really win is to somehow wear down Reigen overtime, but I can't see it getting to that point before Reigen uses whatever he does for his sleep manipulation. Otherwise neither of them can really hurt the other.

Reigen wins via sleep manipulation.

I'm pretty sure attempted murder is an offense Reigan kinda can't get around when the entire damn courtroom watches him do it lol

I didn't consider that the courtroom would actually have people in it lol. This makes it funnier though.

In terms of convicting Reigen, Phoneix shouldn't have a difficult time actually reaching a guilty verdict with prior knowledge. Reigen's smart, but Phoneix is going to skill stomp in law knowledge for obvious reasons.

But uh, all Reigen needs to do is catch Phoniex off guard and spray him once to incapacitate him, which would count as a win here.

Then all we need to know is if the court has people in it or not, if it is then phoenix probably has the upper handa here

yeah, let's just say the courtroom is full of standard courtroom things lol. A judge, A jury, Etc. Reigen is on the stands trying to defend against allegations that he's a Con Artist, with Phoneix arguing that he is.

This probably can't be added but idc I think it's a cool scenario.

Then both party shall have equal chance to appeal themself to public, now then, how the session will go?

While this does seem like a fun match-up, Phoenix Wright is a defense attorney, not a prosecutor.

The defense attorney's job is to defend their client, not prove someone is guilty. That's the prosecutor's job (Normally Edgeworth).

There is weird cases where he ends up trying to prove that someone is guilty, but that's usually to defend his client. In this case, he has no client to defend. It's unlikely he'd try to convict Reigen of anything, as that's not his job as a defense attorney.

Hmmm, since it won't be added to the profile, should we add that there's client that Phoenix need to protect?

In my defense I have zero knowledge of law ok-

Yeah, uh, let's just say Phoneix has a client that was recently conned by Reigen, who managed to see through his bullshit. Like, Reigen tried to work a job removing a spirit, without Mob, and failed miserably.

I guess?

The client could be someone who was scammed by Reigen and thus took their money back, and thus Reigen tries charging them for Larceny (Theft) in court.

This is more of a lawsuit than a fight, but I do like it.
