<Before the loop existed

But if there's a loop, there is no before, as I already said repeatedly.

And yes, time loops are immesurable, so your first condition is filled.

There is before dude, there is for DS and everyone else. And Kuma WAS there "before" he can just remake that or just say "i was never hit by the time loop" and get out without affecting the loop.

AF isn't passive.
If he can't use it in time stop, Loop gets initiated
Ugh, you seem to have a wrong concept of "time loops" and what they mean/what they do.

Kumagawa gets in time loop.

The world DS lives in suddenly changed cus Kumagawa affected the "outside the loop" world to undo the loop.

The thing is: Causality is not restricted to the "loop" everything has a cause, even the loop itself, as long as there is a reason why the "loop" happened, AF can make the "loop" never happen. Causality goes beyond the "looped reality" which allows AF to undo it. Time loop isn't as unbeatable as you think, any causality manipulator (strong CM) can deal with it.

Voting for Kumagawa.

DS's Time Loop isn't done in character and he had to resort to using it against Dormammu as a last mean. Neither is the time stone passive that automatically saves him from Death as he has to activate the loop. Also He doesn't always use Time Stone in Character but relies on his magic prowess most of the time. Whereas Misogi's entire trope is using AF right off the bat in Character. So he can either erase him or lolnope DS's actions and kills him.
