I'll give this to Gladiator. He's beaten and killed opponents similar to Zod (Hyperion) And he can just fly Zod off the moon and into a red sun and keep the fight there.

Gladiator wins.

Hyperion is a far dumber opponent than Zod, who is an excellent combatant. On an equal playing field Zod does have an AP advantage and (since it isn't mentioned) is WAYYYY faster than Gladiator (probably should keep speed equalized)

And Gladiator is probably not gonna know off the bat that Zod is weak to Red Sun radiation, nor would he even be able to get him there without Zod knocking his ass out.

Pound for Pound, Zod is superior (unless Gladiator got an AP boost) So zod wins with a tough fight.
