Well he doesn't have the same mind manip his variant has, no idea if he can fire those magic blast, but he had duplication, he has invisibility and perception manip but those are probs the only thing he'll use in character

Nah that'd be kinda cheese since it'd just be mind manip GGs, this isn't a stomp or anything and loki has the versatility he just doesn't have the means to get past the snowmans regen and that's the deciding factor I'd say he simply loses despite his advantage in AP that's unless he can mind manip without the chitari scepter but for now Snowy FRA

I forgot to note that he definitely does have Immortality considering he can reassemble himself in seconds after getting broken into pieces when making his page at first, rip lol
