A frycook vs A lawyer.

The only way Phoenix can win is if he does the soul thing I guess, and even then that's not gonna be his first like of attack. Phoenix probably loses because he can't get past the regen.
 
I don't believe Phoenix could get past SpongeBob's Regenerationn, and Sponge's natural abilities are probably going to overwhelm Phoenix in a fight. Wright is probably smarter but that probably won't help here. I vote the frycook.
