Well in the last thread climb lost but he's gotten some upgrades since then so I figure why not have a rematch

Speed equal, Exo suit (9-A key) for Frank

I...Can't really tell actually his page is a bit...Perplexing to read over, he can tank shots from this without sustaining damage (I think?)

Climb would be a little bit less then 0.22 tons

Taking the 9-A value of the RPG seems to be about 0.022 tons

this makes Climb about 10x stronger

Does Frank have any way to deal with Climb before he essentially gets one-shot?

At the very least, Climb has a serious AP advantage

Straight up this only works If climb is 9-B otherwise he oneshots

Huh we may need to rewrite franks victory as stat amps restricted then, as at the time we didn't know the extent of climbs amps thus they weren't a factor. I mean we could remake the match but I don't see it going any differently.
